In the Dutch Kills Subdistrict, the provisions of Section 42-12 (Use Groups 3A, 6A, 6B, 6D, 6F, 7B, 7C, 7D, 8, 9B, 10A, 10B, 11, 12A, 12C, 12D, 13, 14 and 16) shall be modified to permit food stores, including supermarkets, grocery stores or delicatessen stores, without limitation as to floor area per establishment.
